While I enjoyed the humor in your writing, I felt that the audience was too focused and would be a difficult sell for me. (However, I do think it's likely that another agent might see this differently. You might consider querying Miss Blahblah of Blah Blah Literary, as she represented a series of "Blah Blah Book" for multiple advanced degree programs.)

I love the website, but I don't have the impression that your site is popular enough to expect it to drive book sales in the same way that say, PostSecret.blogspot.com or StuffWhitePeopleLike.com managed to fuel sales. And it's too high-concept to appeal to a particular category buyer (like foodies, armchair travelers, or gardeners, just as examples). I'm sorry I'm not seeing this one, but I hope another agent will have the vision to help you make this a success.
